Preferred qualifications include at least 4 years of customer service or call center experience and at least 1 year of experience in the financial industry.
Work from Home Technology Requirements
Working from home requires a secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions. A reliable and private internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is necessary. Both hardwire and WiFi connections are acceptable provided they meet speed and security requirements.
Work from Home Location Requirements
This role is 100% work from home, but applicants must meet specific location requirements. The bank cannot consider applicants living in California, Hawaii, or US territories. The bank does not sponsor employment authorization for this position.
Salary and Benefits
The bank offers a competitive salary range, which varies based on location. For remote roles, the salary is $49,774 for Advocacy Senior Coordinator. The bank also provides a comprehensive set of health, financial, and other benefits.
