Banking Associate – Bilingual English & Spanish Speaking Preferred – Lowell, MA (Highlands)
There is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual English and Spanish-speaking professional to join TD Bank, one of the world’s leading global financial institutions, as a Banking Associate at its Lowell, Massachusetts, USA location. The bank offers a competitive pay rate between $22.00 and $27.75 USD, with a 40-hour workweek.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise at the store location. They are responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
Some of the core responsibilities of the role include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, providing end-to-end advice to customers, utilizing TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers, understanding customer financial needs to promote and educate on products and services, and servicing the customer on both the teller line and platform as needed. In addition, the associate will be required to manage wait times, engage in lobby leadership, understand and support the Bank’s customer service strategy, and ensure tasks are performed within established policy and procedures.
Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity. The ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled is required. Teller experience is preferred, and the successful candidate will be required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire.
Other key competencies include strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, ability to schedule and prioritize work, ability to work independently and within deadlines, sound judgment in decision making and problem solving, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a Notary License is preferred.
