The role involves defining and executing a strategy that prioritizes high impact use cases and establishes a road map for the adoption of agentic AI from initial experiments to full-scale implementation.
Moreover, the Executive Director will be responsible for making crucial governance decisions, including whether to proceed, pause or stop initiatives based on their value, risk, and readiness. In doing so, they will ensure that agentic AI is deployed responsibly within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Executive Director of Agentic AI Strategy
The Executive Director of Agentic AI Strategy will play a pivotal role in defining the adoption path of agentic AI for Open Banking, identifying and prioritizing product use cases, and establishing a governance framework. They will also be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment on agentic AI readiness and building an operating model that allows for the responsible scaling of agentic capabilities.
Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in AI or machine learning automation, product/platform delivery or transformation leadership in the financial services industry. Strong cross-functional leadership, excellent communication skills, and sound judgement are among the key skills required for this role. An advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA, MPA) is strongly preferred.
