Working Conditions and Remuneration
The role is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The base pay for this role ranges from $22.00 to $27.75 USD. Role Responsibilities and Duties
The Banking Associate is tasked with a wide range of responsibilities, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The role also involves building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights & recommendations. The associate is expected to engage with Customers using TD’s systems and tools to deepen relationships and ultimately attract and retain the customer.
Education and Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with at least 1 year of experience working with customers. This experience can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, military experience. Other necessary skills include strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Notary License is preferred but not mandatory.
Customer, Shareholder, and Employee Accountabilities
The role requires the associate to consistently provide legendary customer service while promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. The associate is also expected to comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring operational activities are in accordance with company guidelines and regulations. Physical Requirements
The role may require occasional domestic travel, frequent sedentary work, and performing multiple tasks. The associate may also need to operate standard office equipment, respond quickly to sounds, sit, stand, walk frequently, and occasionally perform activities like lifting or carrying items under or over 25 lbs.
