Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least eight years of experience in direct lending or credit support, with a specific focus on business relationships. An understanding of Commercial Banking products and services is also essential. Other key skills include the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources, demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also vital, along with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with senior business and control partners.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
While a Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training are preferred, other desirable skills include sales management and business development skills, the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, and strong creative problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will also be flexible to changing business priorities, able to multitask, and demonstrate excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-direction, and creativity.
