About the Role: Banking Associate
The Banking Associate is a key role in TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking line of business. The Banking Associate is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and offering advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, educating customers on banking products and services, and delivering end-to-end advice to customers.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience working with customers. This experience could be from various sectors such as volunteering, education, or military service. Other desired qualities include excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and within deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous teller experience and a notary license are preferred but not required.
