Career Opportunity: Banking Associate in Media, Pennsylvania
TD Bank is currently seeking a Banking Associate to join its team in Media, Pennsylvania. This role is integral to delivering TD’s brand promise at the store location, handling a wide range of tasks across multiple areas, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and providing advice on banking products and services. With a commitment to fairness and equity in compensation, the pay for this role ranges from $22.00 to $27.75 USD per hour, based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and the organization’s specific needs.
Role Expectations and Responsibilities
As a Banking Associate, you will perform everyday banking transactions, offer advice, and provide educational support on services, products, and tools to assist customers in achieving their financial goals. You will also engage with customers to deepen relationships by providing proactive insights and recommendations, while ensuring a positive customer experience. This involves accurately completing transactions, servicing customers’ needs, managing self-generated leads, handling customer outreach, and prioritizing leads effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, and have at least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role. Teller experience is preferred, and the ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is needed. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Notary License is preferred but not required.
