About the Role
As a Banking Associate, you will be the face of TD’s Brand at the store location. Your key responsibilities will include accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing customers with advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help them achieve their financial goals. You will be expected to perform a wide range of tasks, such as processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services.
Besides, your role will involve delivering end-to-end advice customers expect, such as building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights & recommendations. You will be utilizing TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers to acquire and deepen relationships, identify their financial needs, and promote and educate them on products, services, or refer them to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner.
Requirements for the Role
To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience working with customers in any capacity. Prior experience in a teller role is preferred, but not mandatory. It would be best if you had strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to schedule and prioritize work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, and a Notary License is preferred.
