Job Description and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a crucial role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at the store location. This position is responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals.
As a Banking Associate, your duties would include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. You would also be expected to provide end-to-end advice to customers, building trust, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights and recommendations.
Compensation and Working Hours
The Banking Associate position is a full-time role, with a 40-hour work week. The pay details for this role range from $22.00 – $27.75 USD per hour. Education, Experience, and Skills
The ideal candidate for the Banking Associate position would have a high school diploma or a GED. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and a Notary License is preferred.

The Banking Associate will ensure legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers.
