GAUGE is a solution line within Aon’s Talent vertical. It uses proprietary data to provide global banks with financial benchmarking to assess efficiency and performance across their Front Office Businesses and Infrastructure Functions. The insights derived from GAUGE are consumed by C-suite stakeholders, helping them make better decisions regarding the strategic direction of their organizations.
Role and Responsibilities
The role of a Director in the Performance and Analytics team involves interfacing with senior stakeholders across the Front Office and Support Functions of bulge bracket Investment Banks. The Director will present detailed analysis to these stakeholders, helping them understand their largest opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
Other key tasks include managing and executing the delivery of consulting projects, leading a team of junior members across various locations globally, and driving business development through existing client relationships and product improvements to promote long-term revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications
As a Director in the Performance and Analytics team, the ideal candidate should have experience working in a financial institution or in management consultancy. They should also have a strong understanding of the immediate challenges facing Global Banks in the current market environment. Other desirable skills include the ability to deliver client presentations to a senior audience effectively, a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills across large data sets, and excellent communication skills. Previous people management and leadership skills would also be beneficial.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 – $175,000 annually, with the actual salary varying based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. The position is also eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to the base salary.
