Job Details
The position is part-time with 20 hours a week. The pay details are competitive, ranging from $22.00 to $27.75 USD per hour. The banking associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise at a store location. The role involves processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The banking associate is expected to deliver end-to-end advice to customers, provide consultative support, and advocate with proactive insights & recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity. Teller experience is preferred, but not required. In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must and a Notary License is preferred.
Customer Accountabilities
The banking associate’s responsibilities include consistently providing legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. The associate is also expected to manage wait times to meet with a Banker by scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling client meetings. An understanding and support of the Bank’s customer service strategy is a must.

The banking associate is expected to contribute to a positive work environment by aligning to TD Model, Brand, and Culture. The associate should actively seek opportunities to improve the delivery of work with high attention to quality standards. Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
The job requires the associate to perform a variety of physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting/carrying items under 25 lbs., and occasionally over 25 lbs. The job also requires the associate to perform multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, and respond quickly to sounds. The associate is also expected to apply common sense to deal with problems involving standardized situations.
