The Banking Associate role is a part-time position, requiring 30 hours of work per week. The compensation for this position ranges from $22.00 – $27.75 USD per hour. Job Description

The Banking Associate plays a key role in providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals. They are responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. They build trust with customers, provide consultative support, and advocate with proactive insights and recommendations.

Requirements and Experience

The ideal candidate for the Banking Associate role will have at least a high school diploma or GED. One year of experience working with customers in any capacity is preferred. This can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Strong organization skills are required to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are also essential, as is the ability to work independently and within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and a Notary License is preferred.

Customer and Team Accountabilities

The Banking Associate is expected to consistently provide legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. They must understand and support the Bank’s customer service strategy and consider the impact of decisions on the well-being of TD, its customers, and stakeholders. On the team side, they need to contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with team members to contribute to the success of the team and organization.
