The associate also mentioned financial concerns, stating that compensation adjustments had not kept up with market inflation.
Conversely, professionals at Goldman Sachs appeared to be more content with their roles, with one sales associate in Asia expressing satisfaction with learning and growth opportunities within the organization. This sentiment was reflected in expectations of a significant bonus increase compared to the previous year.
