The Role of a Project Delivery Specialist in the Team
A Project Delivery Specialist at Deloitte Enterprise Performance will play a pivotal role in supporting the Workday Financials functional area lead. This includes responsibilities such as solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Furthermore, they will be responsible for converting ERP – Finance data from systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, and Oracle into the Workday format. The role also involves troubleshooting data issues to optimize conversion cycles for performance and accuracy.
The Project Delivery Specialist will also perform pre-load and post-load data quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance. They will document conversion steps, issues encountered, and their resolutions for internal knowledge sharing. Part of their role is to identify the key drivers of a defined problem and propose solutions. They will also perform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients’ issues, and select the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific client requirements. The role also involves understanding the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application in a particular engagement. The Project Delivery Specialist will develop solutions to client problems through the application of personal experience and methods and tools. Validation of the solutions with subject matter experts will also be part of their responsibilities.

Qualifications and Compensation
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. They should also have the ability to obtain and maintain the required Workday certifications. In addition, applicants should have 2+ years of experience in supporting Workday financial system implementations or transformation programs, configuring bank accounts for clients, and using MS Office Suite programs.
Qualified applicants can expect a wage range that accounts for a wide range of factors. These factors include skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The current estimated range is $93,000 to $171,300, but the actual compensation depends on the facts and circumstances of each case.
