Wealth management firm Americana Partners made a significant move on Tuesday by acquiring NRT Consulting, a full-service financial consulting and accounting firm. This acquisition marks a strategic step for Americana Partners as it looks to expand its offerings and strengthen its position in the market.

The capabilities of NRT Consulting will now be integrated into Americana Partners Family Office Services as a distinct service line. This move is aimed at enhancing the overall service offerings of Americana Partners and providing clients with a more comprehensive suite of financial solutions.
Americana Partners, based in Houston, manages over $12.1 billion in client assets. This acquisition of NRT Consulting is the third in a series of strategic acquisitions by Americana Partners to enhance its service platform. Previous acquisitions include Boulevard Family Wealth in Beverly Hills and Goodpasture Gray in Nashville.

NRT Consulting, founded in 2018 and based in Midland, Texas, specializes in industries such as family offices, large oil and gas producers, real estate, and startups. The merger with Americana Partners is seen as a natural fit that will provide additional service offerings for existing clients.
