Role of a Treasury Operations Specialist
As a Treasury Operations Specialist at Customers Bank, you will play a critical role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with the bank’s Treasury services. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in setting up services such as Business Online Banking, Cash Management Products including Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, and Remote Official Check.
Additional tasks will involve continual improvement of processes and procedures to enhance the client experience, collaboration with the Treasury Operations team on various projects to drive innovation and efficiency, and writing and updating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in operations. You will also be expected to provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements for the Role
To be a successful Treasury Operations Specialist at Customers Bank, you need to have at least 5 years of experience in back-office banking operations. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment are essential. A growth mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are also crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word is required. Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed is also a requirement.
