Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Sr. Executive Relationship Manager serves as a bridge between the bank and its clients. One of their primary responsibilities is to deepen relationships with clients and prospective clients through consultative selling and introductions to relevant bank partners in treasury management, capital markets, insurance, wealth and private banking, and retail banking.
Another crucial responsibility involves leading a team of cross-functional colleagues in collaborative pre-call planning sessions, resulting in robust client interactions. Leveraging an established group of Centers of Influence to obtain referrals is also a key part of their role, along with the ability to identify and mitigate credit risks and make recommendations on appropriate credit structures.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications
The basic qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of Commercial Relationship Management experience, which includes knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and underwriting. At least 5 years’ experience within the Commercial Healthcare industry is also necessary.
Preferred qualifications include over 20 years’ experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager, a proven ability to develop a new market, and a successful track record of recommending and cross-selling important banking services. Formal credit training and commercial banking underwriting experience is preferred, as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree. Additional preferred qualifications include active involvement in community or non-profit volunteering services, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is between $125,000.00 – $255,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
