For example, as of the time of this posting, the annual salary ranges from $111,200 to $126,900 in McLean, VA, and from $101,100 to $115,400 in Richmond, VA. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
