Senior Treasury Manager at Fiserv
Fiserv is currently seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the Treasury Department, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the financial systems that support our treasury operations. This position is instrumental in enhancing the efficiency of liquidity, funding, and risk management processes through system improvements, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Role at a Glance
As a Senior Treasury Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing treasury management systems, driving automation and data-driven reporting, and overseeing bank relationship and account structure optimization efforts. You will also support payments and settlement operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate treasury aspects of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) integrations and divestitures. Leading cross-functional projects and promoting continuous improvement initiatives across the Treasury Department will be part of your critical functions.
Desired Experience
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury management system administration, implementation, and optimization. Experience in enterprise cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, systems integrations, and data analysis and automation are essential. A Bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of education and military experience are required.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or MBA, or equivalent financial certification would have an added advantage. Experience in bank relationship management, debt financing, capital markets transactions, treasury risk management and hedging systems and practices, and experience implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or workflow automation tools for financial processes would be highly appreciated.
Work Arrangement
This role requires on-site presence Monday through Friday. Fiserv values in-person collaboration as a key component of this role as it aids in effective onboarding and fosters stronger productivity.
