As a Senior Manager in the Bank Tech division, you’ll be part of a large group of makers, breakers, doers, and disruptors. Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Software Engineering, Full Stack, will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers. You’ll create solutions that meet regulatory needs for the company, working with distributed microservices and full stack systems. Your expertise in programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, will be invaluable.
Moreover, you will collaborate with digital product managers, to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences, aiding millions of Americans in achieving financial empowerment. Part of your role will also include staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, and participating in internal and external technology communities. You may even occasionally be asked to code or evaluate code.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you’ll need a Bachelor’s Degree and at least six years of experience in software engineering. You should also have at least one year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), and four years of people management experience. A Master’s Degree and experience in Agile practices, open source frameworks, and cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure will be advantageous.
