Role of the Senior Manager, Product Manager
The Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Associate Servicing team plays a pivotal role in achieving the company’s objectives. This is a highly strategic role that demands collaboration. The individual is expected to work closely with a team of product managers and tech, operations, and business partners. The main goal is to provide servicing associates with the necessary tools and resources to care for their customers. This includes heavy investments in AI tools that streamline associate experiences, enabling them to focus primarily on the customer they are servicing.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications
The basic qualifications include at least 5 years of experience working in Product Management and either a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or a Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred qualifications include experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
