As a Senior Manager, Product Manager, Retail Bank Migration Lead, you will be responsible for reimagining our Consumer Bank. You will focus on creating platforms and services that deliver real-time data at scale. As the leader for the Migration pod, you will define and execute a strategy to seamlessly transition end consumers to the new Core Banking Platform.
Key Responsibilities
The role of the Retail Bank Migration Lead extends to various areas of product management. These include defining and delivering the product strategy for migrating end consumers to the new Core Banking Platform and designing and supporting validation techniques to ensure a smooth transition from legacy to modern platforms.
Furthermore, the role also involves working closely with business and tech partner teams to define requirements and measures of success. Prioritizing the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes and incorporating design thinking and analytics to inform product and customer journey design are also key responsibilities.
