In McLean, VA, the full-time annual salary for this position ranges from $111,200 to $126,900. On the other hand, in Richmond, VA, the salary range offered is between $101,100 and $115,400. Salaries for those hired in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that particular area.
It’s also worth noting that the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. Also, part-time roles have salaries prorated based on the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Beyond the base salary, Capital One also provides performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). The incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary, depending on the plan.
