Every time a customer makes a deposit, this team uses data-driven strategies to make real-time decisions about how quickly the customer can use the money. About the Funds Availability Team
This highly collaborative role works closely with engineers, data scientists, business partners, and product managers across Capital One to solve complex problems. The team’s mission is to create a best-in-class deposit experience for customers. This involves balancing customer experience, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, a task that requires a high degree of visibility and coordination.

As a Senior Associate, Product Manager, you are expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which form the foundation for successful product management at Capital One:

Basic Qualifications
- You should have a Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
- You should have at least 2 years of experience working in Product Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- It would be advantageous if you are in the process of obtaining, or currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
- Prior experience in translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is highly desirable.
