Additional Responsibilities

They also provide transaction overrides and other assistance to less experienced Client Service Representatives (CSR’s) on transaction processing and balancing as necessary.

Skills and Experience
The position of a Personal Banker requires a certain level of expertise and skills. A minimum of four years of retail banking experience is preferred. The candidate must be customer service and sales-oriented. Attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, the ability to cross-sell bank products and services, and a high level of motivation are also required. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team atmosphere and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Education and Physical Demands
While one to three years of college is preferred, the physical demands of the job are equally important.
