About the Role: Associate Personal Banker (SAFE)

Wells Fargo is currently seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.

As an Associate Personal Banker, you’ll get to interact with customers, demonstrate care, and build relationships. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about and understand bank products and services to connect them to the needs of our customers. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations, taking an application for a dwelling-secured transaction, and referring customers’ financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.

Required and Desired Qualifications

For this role, at least 6 months of experience interacting with customers is required. This could be through work experience, training, military experience, or education. However, we also value a customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems. Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email, as well as the ability to educate and connect customers to technology, will be beneficial.

As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.

Benefits and Important Information

At Wells Fargo, we offer comprehensive US and International employee benefits. After submitting your application, Wells Fargo will make initial contact with you via e-mail. Please ensure your contact information is current in your Wells Fargo Jobs Profile. Because of the volume of applications we receive, this job posting may be removed before the indicated close date. If you do not apply before the closing of this posting, we encourage you to apply for other opportunities with Wells Fargo.

At Wells Fargo, we are committed to creating a drug-free workplace. We also require applicants to represent their experiences directly during the recruiting and hiring process. Third-party recordings are prohibited unless authorized by Wells Fargo.
