Job Role: Banker Associate II

One of the key roles at Texas Capital is that of a Banker Associate II. This position typically involves working within the Commercial Banking line of business, providing comprehensive financial solutions to clients and prospects across a wide array of industries. The role demands extraordinary motivation and initiative, with a focus on delivering superior client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Banker Associate II, you will be expected to participate in client calls, source new prospects, identify cross-sell opportunities, and ensure Covenant compliance and analysis, among other responsibilities. You will also assist Portfolio (Credit) Managers with renewals, reviews, and new deal Credit Approvals and coach and mentor Analyst colleagues.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3.5 to 4.5 years of experience in Banking, preferably Commercial Banking, are prerequisites for this role. In addition, you must possess exceptional writing, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, and organizational and time management skills. Advanced knowledge of banking products and services, Credit Underwriting, and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office are also essential. A deep interest in community involvement is another trait Texas Capital values in its associates.
