Capital One, a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation’s leading banks, is currently seeking a dedicated Manager for Process Management in their Business Banking Sales & Service division. Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, Process Manager, your primary responsibilities will include leading, designing, implementing and monitoring process improvement initiatives with a focus on customer insights, sales efficiencies, and sales effectiveness for Business Banking. You will collect, analyze, and measure process data, initiate sustainable business practices and procedures, and report your findings to senior leadership and executives. You will be expected to resolve complex problems, create and maintain formal process documents, and collaborate on larger initiatives. This role requires strong judgement, problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership.

General Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years of Process Management experience and at least 1 year of Google Suite experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, a Bachelor’s Degree, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification, at least 1 year of experience in Banking or Business Banking, and at least 2 years of Sales Process Management experience will be advantageous.

Work Structure and Remuneration

This hybrid role requires associates to spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role vary by location. Performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long term incentives (LTI), are also available.
