Your Role at Fiserv: Implementation & Client Success Analyst I – Business Banking

We are looking for an Implementation & Client Success Analyst I – Business Banking to join our Digital Solutions Abiliti implementation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client implementations, providing training, consulting, and support throughout the project lifecycle. These implementations could be part of a larger conversion or a standalone product installation.

As the Analyst, you will build relationships across various groups within Fiserv to deliver solutions. The products you will be implementing primarily revolve around online banking products, including mobile deposits, ACH, wires, alerting, web site, positive pay, tokens, and more.

As a Business Banking SME, you may be responsible for an overall client implementation or work on intricate business banking aspects across a portfolio of projects. In addition to the responsibilities of an Implementation Analyst, you will also configure and troubleshoot business banking features, engage with clients on potential process changes, and guide other Implementation Analysts on their projects and business banking scope items.

Your Responsibilities at Fiserv

Your role at Fiserv will encompass a broad range of responsibilities. You will lead multiple implementation projects with defined timelines for Fiserv clients, acting as a liaison between various parties for projects involving multiple product offerings or interfaces for Fiserv and third-party vendors. You will thoroughly track, organize, document, and communicate all product implementation-related activities for each client.

Moreover, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Fiserv products and services, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. You will become a subject matter expert in the products you are implementing, resolving product and technical issues, including complex functionality that may require knowledge of interdependent systems and components.

You will also have the opportunity to lead initiatives designed to drive efficiencies and deliver higher quality implementations based on key areas of expertise. These projects may include data mapping, code validations, and provide go-live support via phone or client onsite support.

Qualifications for the Role

To qualify for this role, a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems is required, or equivalent experience. You should also have over 10 years of experience with Commercial/Business Banking at a Financial Institution or Financial Services corporation serving banks or credit unions, and at least 5 years of experience with customer-facing projects or in a client support role.

Strong communication, research, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, as is proficiency in core computer skills such as Microsoft Office. Time management skills, basic networking, and data communication understanding, along with Project Management experience and/or PMP certification, would be a great asset.
