Investment Banking Associate: A Role of Impact

Skills and Experience Required

Having significant experience in the Healthcare sector within the private equity/investment banking/financial services industry is also required. Candidates with an MBA and over a year of investment banking experience, or those with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of investment banking or equivalent experience, are preferred. Furthermore, candidates must be CFA/professionally qualified or working toward certification. Experience with client coverage, execution of M&A and capital raising transactions, corporate finance, and valuation analyses, including DCF, LBO, merger consequences, WACC, etc., is required. Familiarity with financial and merger modeling, accretion/dilution, ROIC, and debt capital analysis is also essential.

The expected base salary for this position, based in New York, New York, United States, is $150,000-$225,000. In addition, eligible employees may receive a discretionary bonus at the end of the fiscal year.
