This institute provides paid training, study time, and support for obtaining your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. Competitive Compensation and Bonus Package
Schwab offers a competitive pay and bonus package that rewards employees fairly. The starting compensation for this location begins at $52,800 during training, with potential increases based on related experience. In addition to this, there is an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees can potentially increase their total earnings to $60,280 ($54,800 base, plus 10% bonus opportunity) within their first year, provided they obtain the required licensing and meet performance-based pay increases.

Required Qualifications
Candidates are required to work full-time onsite during Schwab’s training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule. They must also be able to work various shifts to serve clients 24/7, which includes overnight and weekend availability.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience and client relationship experience are advantageous. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university is preferred. Candidates should be adaptable to changes in the market and business, eager to learn about finance, and passionate about client service. Other preferred qualifications include motivation to learn about the securities industry, robust communication skills, the desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team, and proven success in navigating multiple computer applications.
