Train and Grow with Schwab

This program provides paid training, study time, and support for employees to obtain their Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. Compensation and Bonuses
Schwab offers a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this position begins at $52,800 during training, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees can potentially increase their total compensation to $60,280 within their first year by obtaining the required licenses and achieving performance-based pay increases.
Qualifications and Experience
While it may seem that a background in finance is necessary, it is not a requirement at Schwab. The firm welcomes people from diverse experiences who have a growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others. The required qualifications include the ability to work full-time on-site during the training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule. The ability to work various shifts to serve Schwab’s clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability, is also a requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience, client relationship experience, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university, the ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, and a motivation to learn about finance. Other key skills include robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills, a desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team, and proven success navigating multiple computer applications.
