Join the Heart of Schwab’s Service Team
Schwab’s service team is the pulse of the firm, embodying its commitment to helping clients own their financial futures. The role on offer requires you to learn how to educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You will be the advocate for clients, answering inbound calls, taking ownership of complex issues, and offering the best possible solutions.
This role also provides the opportunity for you to take control of your professional journey through the Schwab Service Academy. This academy provides paid training, study time, and support to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
Competitive Pay and Bonus Packages
The position offers competitive pay and bonus package including a starting compensation of $50,300 during training, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. There is potential to increase total compensation to $57,530 within the first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases.
Additional compensation of up to 20% is included for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, depending on the shift.
Qualifications and Requirements

Preferred qualifications include previous customer service or client relationship experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university, the ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, robust communication skills, motivation to learn about the securities industry, and a desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
