Compensation and Benefits
Schwab offers a competitive pay and bonus package. During the training period, the starting compensation begins at $52,800, which can increase based on related experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees can potentially increase their total compensation to $60,280 within their first year, depending on their performance and after obtaining the required Licensing.
