The Schwab Service Academy provides you with paid training, study time, and support to help you acquire your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses. This will ensure you have a strong foundation to succeed in your role and further your career.

Schwab offers a competitive pay and bonus package, which includes starting compensation of $50,300 during training ($24.18/hr.) plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Upon obtaining the required licenses and achieving performance-based pay increases, you stand a chance to increase your total compensation to $57,530 within your first year.

Previous customer service or client relationship experience, a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, and the ability to adapt to changes in the market and business are preferred qualifications. Moreover, a passion for serving clients, motivation to learn about the securities industry, robust communication skills, desire to work as a part of a supportive team, and proven success in navigating multiple computer applications can boost your chances of being successful in this role.
