If you are seeking a career in finance, have a passion for serving clients, and are flexible with working evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, this role is perfect for you. We offer a competitive compensation and bonus package that includes a starting salary of $52,900 during training and an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay. With performance-based increases, you could potentially earn up to $60,390 within your first year.
The Schwab Advantage
We offer benefits for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, including up to 20% additional compensation, depending on the shift. We also offer remote work opportunities for qualifying shifts.
What We Look For
While finance expertise is appreciated, it’s not a must. We value individuals with a growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others. We look for adaptability, client engagement skills, and a desire to be part of a supportive team. Knowledge about the securities industry and the ability to navigate multiple computer applications are a plus. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required.
