This is a place where innovative thought meets creative problem-solving, as we continuously strive to challenge the status quo and transform the way we serve our clients. Here, you are empowered to make a significant impact on your career, and on the lives of our clients.
Role and Responsibilities
Our service team, which you could be part of, is at the core of Schwab’s commitment to helping clients own their financial futures. In this engaging role, you will be trained to educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You will be the advocate for clients when answering inbound calls, taking ownership, and tackling complex issues to offer the best possible solution.
Additionally, you will embark on your own professional journey by attending the Schwab Service Academy. This program provides you with paid training, study time, and support you need to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Once you have obtained the required licensing and achieved performance-based pay increases, your total compensation could increase to $58,740 within the first year.
Additionally, employees who work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are eligible for up to 20% additional compensation, depending on the shift. This is part of our commitment to reward our employees who are available during non-standard working hours.
