Schwab’s Comprehensive Training and Competitive Compensation
At Schwab, your professional development is a priority. You will be provided with ample support to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses through the Schwab Service Academy. This includes paid training, study time, and continuous support. The starting compensation at this location begins at $52,800 during training, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Upon acquiring the necessary licensing and hitting performance-based pay increases, your total compensation can reach up to $60,280 within the first year.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
While previous customer service experience, client relationship handling, and a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university are preferred, they are not mandatory. The essential qualifications include the ability to work full time on-site during Schwab’s training program (SSA) and the ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability.
