Bridgewater Bank, one of the most enterprising banks in the Twin Cities, is on the lookout for a seasoned, energetic, and client-centric Product Manager to augment their Product Team. Situated in St. Louis Park, this role reports directly to the VP of Product Management and is a crucial cog in the wheel of the bank’s digital product development process. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from supervising the conception and evolution of digital products to managing product upgrades, and from assessing the profitability of products to evaluating their overall impact on the client experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Product Manager at Bridgewater Bank is expected to take ownership of digital product channels such as online banking, mobile banking, and various ancillary products. The role’s key responsibilities include:
- Researching, creating, and presenting business cases for new opportunities emanating from client demand, entrance into new markets, and existing product lifecycle.
- Collaborating with business leaders to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap from concept to launch.
- Conducting research, testing, metric analysis, data insights, and experimentation to make well-informed decisions.
- Staying abreast of all updates for existing products and defining their impact.
- Partnering with Product analysts and operations, where necessary, to conduct regular testing, assess service impact, and understand system implications both post-launch and for new software releases.
- Analyzing client usage, pricing, and product profitability.
- Overseeing current products to ensure they meet high standards of quality and reliability, adapting to evolving needs, and thereby maintaining client trust.
- Developing and implementing company-wide go-to-market plans, working with cross-functional teams to execute them.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 3 – 5+ years of product management experience or related strategic, digital experience.
- A proven track record demonstrating a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- The ability to collaborate, influence, and coordinate activities in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
- A track record of establishing a product vision and roadmaps that led to successful business value.
- The ability to comprehend and articulate digital concepts and assess innovative ideas with both internal and external partners.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a growth-driven and fast-paced organization.
- Independence, self-drive, and accountability for delivering outcomes on time.
- Familiarity with banking products, preferably Online/Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, P2P, Card Management product knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits
The typical annual/hourly base pay range for this role is between $94,500 – $134,200, with a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
