Join the Digital Banking Services Team
Taylor Bank is in search of a detail-oriented, team player with exceptional people skills to join its Digital Banking Services team. The role is based in the bank’s corporate headquarters, located in the historic downtown of Berlin, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for a host of activities centered around digital banking products and services.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves a wide range of responsibilities. These include proofing and keying functions such as reviewing, item repair and balancing, printing notices, sending statements, and processing various key files. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting both internal and external customers with digital banking product support. This includes support for bank-by-phone, USB statements, e-statements, online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposits, Bill Pay, and other products and services as assigned.
Furthermore, the candidate will be required to perform incoming verification of wire requests, process inclearing and return ACH files, and receive and post ACH files from the Federal Reserve. The role also involves monitoring the Automated Online Enrollment Report, reconciling various statements, and converting business online banking to the Cash Management Platform. The candidate will also be expected to assist bank personnel with department-related inquiries and attend trade shows to assist with the marketing of digital banking service products.
Requirements
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience working for a bank or financial services institution. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Additionally, a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and intermediate experience with technology are crucial for this role.
