Key Tasks and Expectations
- The role involves daily management of debit card processing tasks, such as handling transactions, resolving disputes, issuing cards, and fielding transaction inquiries.
- A significant part of the job is to assist in managing Card Services with the objectives of maximizing interchange, increasing card usage, and minimizing fraud.
- The representative will provide daily support to all internal and external customers in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
- They will also perform various processing activities associated with digital banking services accurately and completely.
- An important aspect of the job is to assist in developing, implementing, and testing new Digital Banking services. This includes enhancing existing accounts and services, performing comprehensive discovery and testing, preparing detailed reports of findings, and effectively communicating these to relevant parties.
