Additionally, a Digital Banking Administrator provides operational input and maintains create/procedures for all functions under Digital Banking. They assist in maintaining Merchant Services, external transfers, and Message Center. They are also responsible for creating and maintaining department reporting, ensuring the department is adhering to established SLAs, and completing controls on a daily basis. The role also requires the individual to prepare and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual department reports. They must efficiently and thoroughly investigate complicated research of digital banking issues and resolve them. Travel may be required to fulfill duties and responsibilities, and additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on business need.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities of a Digital Banking Administrator
