Understanding the Role and Division
The internship falls under the Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) division, which provides a full range of advisory and financing products and services. It caters to large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, and financial sponsors, among others. This division also offers both buyside and sellside advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring advisory, debt and equity capital raising services, and structured equity transactions.
As an IBCM Analyst Intern, your role will encompass various dimensions. From performing in-depth company and industry research to supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions, the role is multifaceted. Other responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, conducting detailed financial modelling, and collaborating across the global Deutsche Bank platform in support of clients.
Eligibility and Skills Required
To be a part of this enriching internship program, candidates must complete their studies between December 1, 2027, and July 31, 2028. Deutsche Bank seeks individuals with a strong foundational knowledge and interest in Corporate Finance and Accounting. Effective communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in working collaboratively across teams are other prerequisites for this role.
