Your Role as a Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service to Charles Schwab Bank’s valued clients. This phone-based role includes managing 40-60 inbound calls every day, providing subject matter expertise on various banking products and services, including deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. Additionally, this position requires the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors.
Who Is the Ideal Candidate?
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience, which may include volunteer work, internships, or other roles in an office environment, is required.
- The working hours for this role could include weekend or evening shifts. Confirm such details with your Talent Advisor, including any shift differentials.
- The ability to multitask is critical, with proven experience using multiple computing applications simultaneously.
- Depending on the requirements, you should be comfortable working in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time.

- Active listening skills to engage in open-ended dialogues and gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s financial needs.
- A dedication to resolving complex client inquiries, either through technology or by working closely with Schwab business partners, to identify efficient methods to meet client goals.

- High attention to detail to adhere to extensive bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
