Beginning from January 5, 2026, an opportunity has arisen for a Client Banking Services Professional to join our team. As a key player in the client experience, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves fielding 40-60 inbound calls every day, providing subject matter expertise on a range of banking products and services. These include deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. This is a phone-based role that will require the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors.
What You Need to Bring
Required Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you need to have a minimum of 1 year of work experience. This can include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment. The ability to multi-task is crucial, as is the ability to use multiple computing applications simultaneously. You should also be willing and able to work in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time, as required.
The role may involve working a set shift which could include weekend or evening hours. However, further information regarding shift differentials can be discussed with your Talent Advisor.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue, gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s financial needs. A dedication to resolving a variety of complex client inquiries, both through technology and in collaboration with business partners at Schwab, is also desired.
You should be able to establish rapport with clients over the phone and be eager to cultivate long-term relationships with Schwab. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to adhere to extensive bank policies, procedures, and guidelines is also required.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team, and be driven to learn from a dedicated team manager focused on helping you reach clear performance objectives.
