Role of a Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you will be at the forefront of the client experience, delivering outstanding customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients. This phone-based role involves fielding 40-60 inbound calls every day, providing subject matter expertise on banking products and services such as deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.
Key Requirements
The role demands a minimum of 1 year of work experience, which can include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment. The ability to multitask using multiple computer applications simultaneously is essential. A set shift that may include weekend or evening hours is part of the job, and you may be required to work in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to understand the client’s financial needs thoroughly. A dedication to resolving complex client inquiries, both through technology and by working closely with business partners within Schwab, is desired. Establishing a rapport with clients over the phone to create long-term relationships with Schwab is also important.
