Your Role As A Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients of Charles Schwab Bank, providing exceptional customer service assistance. Your role involves handling 40-60 inbound calls daily, providing expert knowledge on various banking products and services. These include deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. It’s a phone-based role where you’ll be working with multiple computer applications and dual monitors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience, including volunteer work, internships, or other roles in an office environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, which might include weekends or evenings.
- Proficient in multitasking and experienced in using multiple computing applications simultaneously.
- Capability to work in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time, as required.

- Excellent active listening skills to understand the client’s financial needs thoroughly.
- Dedication to resolving complex client inquiries using technology and collaborating with Schwab’s business partners.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone and nurture long-term relationships with Schwab.
