Role: Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you are at the heart of the client experience, tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients. This phone-based role involves handling 40-60 inbound calls daily, providing expert knowledge on a range of banking products and services. These include deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. The role requires the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
For this pivotal role, certain qualifications are required. A minimum of one year work experience is necessary, which may include volunteer work or internships. You must be comfortable working a set shift that might include weekends or evenings, have the ability to multi-task using multiple computing applications simultaneously, and be prepared to work in the office 75-100% of the time.
Beyond these requirements, there are several preferred qualifications. Active listening skills and the ability to engage in open dialogue are highly valued, as is a dedication to resolving complex client inquiries through technology and collaboration. The ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone and create long-term relationships is also important. A high attention to detail and adherence to bank policies, procedures, and guidelines is essential, along with a drive to learn from a dedicated team manager.
