As a Client Banking Services Professional at Charles Schwab Bank, your primary responsibility is to deliver superior customer service to clients seeking assistance. This role involves handling 40-60 inbound calls daily, each requiring subject matter expertise on banking products and services. This includes deposit accounts, online account management, bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.
Working in a phone-based role, you will use multiple computer applications and dual monitors to perform your tasks effectively. This position demands a high level of multitasking and the ability to quickly navigate through various computing applications.

Required Qualifications
Applicants for this role must have a minimum of one year of work experience. This could include volunteer work, internships, or other roles in an office environment. The ability to multitask and experience in using multiple computing applications simultaneously are prerequisites for this position.
