A Day in the Life of a Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you are the ambassador of the Schwab brand. You are the first point of contact for Charles Schwab Bank clients who need assistance. Your day would typically involve handling 40-60 inbound calls, providing expertise on banking products and services. These include deposit accounts, online account management, bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. This role requires adeptness at managing multiple computer applications and dual monitors, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.
What Schwab is Looking For
Schwab seeks a professional with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, which can also include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment. Candidates must be open to working a set shift that may include weekend or evening hours and should be able to work in the office 75%-100% of the time. Multitasking skills and the ability to use multiple computing applications simultaneously are crucial for this role.
